The 500 Swing challenge.
Take your best friend, bring a really heavy Kettlebell with you, and start swinging.
Target: perform 250 perfect swings each. Suggested tempo/set is to do 10 repetitions before switching to the other partner. If you both can stick with that plan for 25 rounds everything is cleared and done.
Me and my friend did this with the 48 kg Beast, and had a clear object to make every rep perfect.
